On the 3d Animated Feature Film Dragon Rider my task was to help create a cross studio pipeline for an efficient Houdini Lighting workflow. My contribution to that was a set of Houdini digital assets to simplify the handling of Lights, Light AOVs as well as managing render setting templates and render passes / AOVs. In order to speed up the Precomp process I created a Nuke Python toolset for automated loading and connecting of the 3d renders as well as an interface to publish to the production database.
Additionally I was responsible for a handful of Master Shots as well as lighting roughly 100 Shots across six sequences of the movie.
